Shipping Policy

Braai Buddy Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with Braai Buddy. We are proud to deliver nationwide across South Africa. Please note that we currently only ship within South Africa and do not offer international delivery.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as promotional events or holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship using trusted courier partners, including The Courier Guy and Aramex.

Shipping charges are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: R99
  • Free Shipping: Orders over R1000

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or courier service disruptions.


3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We deliver to physical addresses only.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or PostNet suites.

In certain cases where courier access is limited or restricted, we may arrange delivery to the nearest courier depot for collection.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours. You can track your order directly via the courier’s website.


5. Damaged or Lost Items

Braai Buddy is responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please retain the product and all packaging
  • Take clear photographs of the damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@braaibuddysa.co.za

We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
