BRAAI BUDDY WINTER SUPPORTERS GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Braai Buddy SA, a South African brand.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from 01 July 2026 to 30 July 2026.

Entries close at 23:59 on 30 July 2026.

3. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to residents of South Africa only.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Only valid purchases made through the official Braai Buddy online store qualify.

4. How to Enter

• Customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway for every order over R1000.
• Orders must be completed and successfully paid for within the giveaway period.
• Multiple qualifying orders = multiple entries.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive an Old School Gift Voucher valued at R1000.
• The voucher is subject to the issuer's own terms and conditions where applicable.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries.
• The winner will be announced on 31 July 2026.
• The winner will be contacted using the details provided at checkout.

7. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
• If the winner does not respond within this time, Braai Buddy reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. Delivery of Prize

• The gift voucher will be delivered free of charge within South Africa only.
• Braai Buddy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or the voucher issuer.

9. Returns & Refunds

• If an order that qualified for entry is refunded or cancelled, that entry will be disqualified.

10. General

• Braai Buddy reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Old School.
